Every ScrapCatch order gets a confirmation email, and a shipping email with a carrier tracking link once it leaves the warehouse. Use the shortcuts below any time in between.
Look up an order
The fastest route is the “View your order” button in your confirmation email — it opens your live order status page with tracking. Lost the email? Sign in with the email you used at checkout, or send us the details and we will look it up for you.

Series 01 First Edition is a limited run of 200 pieces shipping September 2026. Here is exactly what happens, and when you hear from us.
Order confirmed
Happening nowYou get an order confirmation email the moment your pre-order goes through. Your piece of the 200-unit run is reserved.
In production
Summer 2026Series 01 First Edition goes into manufacturing. We email production updates to every pre-order customer.
Packed & labelled
September 2026Your order is picked, packed and a shipping label is created. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
In transit
After shipmentTrack your parcel with the carrier link in your shipping email. US orders typically move in 3–7 business days.
