Refund & Returns Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be happy with your ScrapCatch. If something is wrong, contact us and we will make it right. This policy applies to all orders placed through the ScrapCatch store operated by Amygence AB, Sweden.

Pre-order cancellations

ScrapCatch × Kolor Maniacs — Series 01 First Edition is a limited pre-order release. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the shipment date (expected September 2026). Once your order has shipped, our standard returns process applies.

Returns window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@scrapcatch.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and a return address.

Condition for returns

• The item must be unused, unwashed and free from wear or damage.
• Original packaging should be included where possible.
• Limited-edition items are only eligible for return, not exchange, because quantities are fixed.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Defective or incorrect items

If your ScrapCatch arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us at hello@scrapcatch.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

Because the First Edition is limited to 200 pieces, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you received the wrong variant, contact us and we will either ship the correct item or process a refund if stock is no longer available.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.
