1. Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Amygence AB, Sweden ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@scrapcatch.com, +46 72 246 38 73. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if pricing or product information was incorrect, or if we suspect fraud.
3. Pre-orders and limited editions
Series 01 First Edition is a limited run of 200 pieces sold as a pre-order with expected shipping in September 2026. Pre-orders are charged when you place the order. Shipping dates are estimates; if the date moves materially we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. Editions are allocated in order of purchase and may sell out.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable VAT where required. Import duties or local taxes on delivery are the customer's responsibility. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store card details.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellation
Delivery terms are described on our Shipping page and returns on our Returns page. Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; we voluntarily offer 30 days for unused products in original packaging. Statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.
6. Product use
ScrapCatch is a kitchen sink scraper for household food waste. It is not a toy, not a cutting tool and not intended for hot surfaces, ovens or stovetops. Follow the care instructions on the product page.
7. Intellectual property
The Kolor Maniacs artwork, KM brandmark, ScrapCatch name, photography and site content are owned by Amygence AB or its artists. You may not reproduce or resell the artwork or prints without written permission.
8. Liability
We are liable under mandatory consumer law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies, without limiting consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us first — we would rather fix it. Swedish consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
