The Swedish Secret
In Sweden, the slaskrensare has lived next to every kitchen sink for decades. It is a simple, clever tool: a flat, flexible scraper that lets you scoop leftover food from a plate, drain the liquid, and dump the solids into the compost or trash — without ever touching wet food waste.
When we moved into tiny NYC apartments without garbage disposals, we realized this tool was missing from every kitchen drawer. So the Kolor Maniacs crew — a group of artists, designers, and street-culture obsessives — decided to bring it to America with a fresh attitude.
ScrapCatch is the original Swedish slaskrensare, redesigned as a collectible utility drop. Clean hands, clean sink, clean conscience. The Series 01 First Edition is limited to 200 pieces, printed and numbered by the crew.
